A Tough General Purpose Primer

Self levelling smooth base for water based enamels and pearlescent paints.  Ideal for transitioning from oil based enamels to water based acrylics.

The resin used is formulated for priming of metal surfaces, so Universal Primer gives ‘bite’ where it is needed.
